Refund policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


You may return any Lightning Tesla product for any reason for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. The product must be returned undamaged and with no scratches, tears, nicks, dents, or other signs of wear or usage. The product must be returned in its original packaging, the shipping, and insured prepaid label will be covered by Lightning Tesla as a courtesy. Customers will be charged a 20% restocking fee based on the retail price of the product. Once you have returned the product and after it has been fully inspected, we will refund your product price less the 20% restocking fee. A return restocking fee can be waived if the buyer would like to purchase another item in exchange as a form of a credit toward another product, however, if they opt not to, the restocking fee will be charged.


Please note all orders must be inspected within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Any missing parts or other shipping errors must be reported to Lightning Tesla within the 14-day time frame. Missing components or other errors reported after that time will not be honored. No refunds or replacements will be provided.


To process a return, please contact us for shipping instructions and a return merchandise authorization (RMA) tracking number. Securely pack the product in its original packaging and use the prepaid label provided to you.


NOTE: Regarding specific warranties, these vary from product to product. Contact us directly if you have any questions about a specific product.


Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If items are purchased 'at fault' or 'by mistake', we will not be responsible for 'free returns' and are subject to paying for the full return amount.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.


Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Refunds/Exchanges


There is a 20% flat Restocking Fee. The return shipment of the product will be handled by the buyer. If the box is opened, or items are damaged or out of place, there will be a Refurbish Fee. Please contact customer service so they can provide you an RMA to put on all sides of the box prior to returning it back.


Sale items (if applicable)


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


Shipping


To return your product, you should request a return label. We'll take it from there! The cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund, depending on item size and weight.
